Community Resilience Convening
In partnership with Hickman Mills C-1 School District, the Community Health Commission of Missouri (CHCM) is hosting Community Resilience Convenings, which are open and supportive conversations for staff, families and community members.
These gatherings are a chance to discuss the district’s recent financial news, share thoughts and feelings, and support one another through change. Each session will be a welcoming space, where every person and voice matters.
All conversations will be led with care, respect, and listening as we work together to build a stronger and more connected community.
Together, we will:
- Create spaces to talk about challenges and stress openly
- Share the perspectives of those affected
- Summarize key themes to share back with the district, not individual comments
- Focus on community
